License grant
After full payment, Digital Dynasty Studios LLC grants the purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, revocable, nontransferable license to download and use the purchased product for the purchaser’s personal use or internal business operations, subject to these terms.
Permitted use
- Download and keep a reasonable number of backup copies for your own use.
- Complete, edit, and customize worksheets, planners, calendars, prompts, and templates for your own personal or internal business projects.
- Use outputs you independently create from the materials in your own business, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
- Share limited completed work product with your own employees or contractors only when necessary for your internal project and only if they do not retain or redistribute the source product.
Prohibited use
- Resell, redistribute, upload, publish, gift, lend, sublicense, or share the product or substantial portions of it.
- Place source files in shared drives, memberships, courses, libraries, repositories, AI training datasets, prompt databases, or public platforms for use by others.
- Remove ownership notices or claim the source product, design, or instructional content as your own.
- Repackage, translate, lightly modify, or combine substantial portions into a competing product for sale or distribution.
- Use the materials for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, or harmful activity.
Ownership and third-party material
Digital Dynasty Studios LLC retains all ownership in the original product and brand assets. Your completed responses and independently created outputs remain yours, but ownership of the underlying templates, text, arrangement, instructions, and brand assets does not transfer.
Third-party software, fonts, images, platforms, or AI services remain subject to their owners’ separate terms.
Termination
The license ends automatically if you materially violate it. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete distributed or retained source copies, without limiting any other lawful remedy. Rights that cannot lawfully be terminated remain unaffected.
