By accessing this website, placing an order, or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Digital Product License. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a product.
Digital Dynasty Studios LLC is an Oklahoma limited liability company and is the legal operator of this website, seller of the digital products offered here, and contracting party for purchases made through this website.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you purchase for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
Products, prices, and orders
- Products are digital resources; no physical goods are shipped unless a listing expressly says otherwise.
- Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and currency-conversion charges may be added when applicable.
- Product descriptions, formats, and included materials shown at checkout form part of your purchase.
- An order is accepted when payment is approved and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel or refund an order affected by pricing errors, fraud, technical problems, or legal restrictions.
Payment and digital delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms and privacy practices. You authorize the displayed one-time charge and any applicable taxes.
Digital access is ordinarily provided after successful payment. You are responsible for supplying a working email address, compatible device, and suitable software. Contact support if delivery does not arrive.
If you ask for immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent to performance beginning immediately and acknowledge that, where the law permits, your cancellation or withdrawal right ends once access or download begins. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Refunds
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are final after access or download. Exceptions and mandatory consumer protections are described in the Refund Policy.
License and prohibited uses
Your purchase grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal or internal business use. It does not transfer ownership or permit resale, redistribution, sharing, sublicensing, public posting, bulk copying, or repackaging as a competing product. Educational and AI content
Products may use or discuss artificial intelligence and are provided for educational and informational purposes. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and deciding whether any output is appropriate.
Nothing on the website is legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. No income, sales, audience growth, business formation, or other result is promised.
Intellectual property
The website, brand, logo, text, layouts, product content, graphics, templates, prompts, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Digital Dynasty Studios LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited rights expressly stated in these Terms and the Digital Product License.
Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the website, bypass security, scrape content at scale, introduce malware, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or use the products unlawfully.
- Do not use the products to create deceptive claims, fabricated reviews, fake scarcity, unlawful discrimination, harassment, infringement, or content that violates another person’s rights.
- We may limit access or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, intellectual property, or legal compliance.
Third-party services
The website may link to or depend on third-party services. Digital Dynasty Studios LLC does not control their availability, security, content, or independent policies and is not responsible for losses caused solely by those services to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or error-free results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Dynasty Studios LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
International consumers
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. If a provision conflicts with non-waivable local law, that law controls only to the extent of the conflict. You are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be purchased or used in your location.
